Driveway in Muswell Hill N10

This is a detached property with a large front garden  set back from from a busy main road. Our brief from the client was to produce a new lawn framed by low box hedging and to provide some form of screening from the sound of traffic.

They also required a safe environment for children to play and a paved driveway with space for two cars.

Our solution was to plant a line of Laurel hedging with a pair of mature trees as an additional sound barrier.

The extensive driveway was constructed using reclaimed stone setts laid by a specialist contractor.

We also included a childrens play area with a woodland pathway leading to a ‘Luytcens’ style bench.
